Cancellation Policy
Base Therapeutics appreciates your business and asks for at least 24 hours notice of an appointment time change or cancellation. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the client is required to pay the full appointment fee. Your time slot is reserved just for you, the cancellation fee is in place to protect your therapist and out of respect for fellow clients who could have booked your time slot. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and Base Therapeutics is understanding of certain reasons for late cancellations – please discuss this with me as soon as a situation arises.
Conduct
Base Therapeutics reserves the right to terminate any treatment or refuse a booking if the therapist feels unsafe or uncomfortable with the clients verbal or physical conduct. Massage services provided by Base Therapeutics are entirely therapeutic in nature, any sexual or abusive advances or requests will not be tolerated and treatment will be terminated immediately.
Late Policy
If for some reason you are late to your appointment, Base Therapeutics will attempt to provide you with your full appointment time but in many cases this may not be possible. With a schedule to keep in order to see other clients, there may be someone booked in after you and your appointment will have to finish as per your booking time. Please try your best to be on time and if you are running late please contact me via phone or email.
Payment
Payment is required by the end of each treatment. Base Therapeutics accepts cash, visa, eftpos and bank transfer.
Home visit etiquette
If you have booked a home visit therapy, Base Therapeutics will arrive to your home 10 minutes prior to your booking time in order to set up in your space. The set up time will not be part of your treatment time. Following the end of treatment, please allow 5-10 minutes for pack up and to leave your premises.
